Further to the Prime Ministers announcement on Monday 23rd March and the most recent guidance and advice from The Chief Dental Officer we would like to let you know how this affects your dental care at Saint Helens Dental Practice. As you will appreciate this is a rapidly changing situation.
We are no longer able to provide any routine dental care, including hygiene appointments, at all.
If you have an appointment in the next three or four weeks, assume unless you are told otherwise, that the appointment has been cancelled. We do not know when things may change and so we are suspending sending recalls and reminders.
If you have an concerns, questions or require any telephone advice, please call the practice on 01235 521129 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy to email@example.com. The copy is simply in case I don’t have access to the practice network.
Plans are being made to set up local urgent dental services but the details of this are as yet unclear. As soon as we know what these are we will be able to refer urgent cases to this service.
We very much look forward to welcoming you all back and continue where we left off whenever this is possible.
Thank you so much for your support and messages of goodwill and we wish you all a safe passage through these difficult times.
Peter, Fiona, Michaela, Viki and Melissa.
